Pets are, by nature, very curious. They usually nibble on almost anything that they find interesting. Sometimes, pets can get overboard and start to destroy your electronic devices. So before your pets can chew off the cables of your computer set, you need to organise all the wires that connect its different components.

Do not let the cables and wires of your computer get entangled with each other. Secure all the wires with electrical tape, and enclosed them in a protective tube or spring, if possible. Make sure that all the cables are not too loose. This way, your furry friend would not easily tear apart your computer cables and wires. In addition, you will save your pet from getting electrocuted, should your wires transmit electrical energy at the time your dog or cat gnaws on the wires.
